Our Client is a US MNC Semi-Conductor Manufacturing company, with Singapore as their regional Corporate HQ. This role requires you to provide solutions and ideas to support the organisation’s Order to Cash (OTC) workstream.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the OTC workstream Master Data, interfaces, reports, transactions to support Inside Sales, Finance, Credit, etc.
- Liaise between IT and internal and external customers to support and improve OTC processes.
- Manage projects of varying complexity within the OTC workstream using Agile method or other similar methods.
- Performs complex data analyses using queries, reports, other forms of data mining tools to understand trends and/or solve problems through root-cause analyses. Create scalable, automated solutions, independently or with IT support.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Min. 5 years experience in handling and supporting the SAP OTC workstream.
- Expertise in SAP OTC process and knowledge in system to system integration. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
