Responsibilities:

- Manage, track and report on all in-scope IT assets;
- Reconciling physical assets into ITAM master list;
- Provide information of assets such as in-use, location of assets, information on the users, etc.
- Provide information on asset depreciation for write off and disposal
- Plan and manage yearly IT asset verification exercise
- Perform vendor management in movement and disposal of assets
- Actively review and streamline the IT asset management processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in IT, Logistic or Warehouse Management or related discipline preferred;
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience on Warehouse & Distribution, Buying / Procurement or Order Fulfilment role;
- Experience in conducting order reviews, processing orders and verifying data, obtaining customer confirmation and following up on deliveries;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
- Highly goal driven and work well in fast pace environment;
- Possesses a service-oriented nature and able to multi-task.
- Team player who is also able to work independently.
- Positive work attitude and compliant to Organization policies;
- Meticulous and Quality conscious.
