**Teaching - be able to teach in a range of the following topic areas**
- Database Management
- Systems Analysis and Design
- Process Analysis and Problem Solving
- Object Orientated Programming
- Project Planning and Management
- Professional Practice in IT

**Research**:

- Engage in collaborative research.
- Conduct research and publish journal articles and conference papers.

**Administration**:

- Take an active role in the development of curricula for the Information Technology programs.
- Take an active role in implementing quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to decision-making processes
- Participate in outreach and engagement activities
- Attend and actively participate in Discipline meetings and discussions

**Selection Criteria**
- PhD in Information Technology, or related discipline
- Proven track record of effective postgraduate teaching in the core areas of Information Technology
- Relevant professional experience in the field of Information Technology
- An understanding of emerging issues in Information Technology
- Demonstrated research record - including scholarly publications in academic journals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate postgraduate courses

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
