**Supervise Logistics Team** - Manage, train, and assign tasks to logistics staff to ensure smooth operations.
- **Oversee Shipments** - Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods, both inbound and outbound.
- **Track and Monitor Deliveries** - Keep track of orders, shipments, and deliveries to prevent delays.
- **Coordinate with Suppliers and Customers** - Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transporters to resolve any issues.
- **Optimize Logistics Operations** - Improve the efficiency of the logistics process by optimizing routes and reducing costs.
- **Ensure Compliance** - Make sure shipments meet legal and regulatory requirements, including customs and documentation.
