This is an opportunity to join IQVIA's established Customer Experience team part of wider Consulting team based in Singapore. IQVIA Customer Experience Technology Consulting team advises our clients from the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry on the topics of Brand management, Data driven marketing and designing omni channel customer experience.

You will be able to use your sector expertise to help clients in: Analyzing Market & Customer insights (e.g. HCP, Patient), Developing Brand Strategy, Omni Channel Digital Marketing Strategy (e.g. Programmatic, Social, SEM) & Execution.
- Responsible for the HCP / Patient / Consumer marketing operations activities
- Develop communication strategy and messaging cadence for brands in close co-ordination with the client and specialist marketing teams.
- Collaborate on key HCP brand plans for omnichannel brand marketing with the on-site team and clients in the APAC region.
- Lead brand review meetings, strategic planning, and use incisive business insights to optimize channel, marketing, and promotional mix to drive above benchmark results in campaign performance.
- Review and analyze client requirements/problems & Brand plans.
- Perform qualitative/quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and develop client specific solutions.
- Design, structure and deliver client reports and presentations.
- Provide follow-up with internal and/or external client to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively develop broader and deeper knowledge of Brand Management, Marketing technology/services solutions and trends for the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences market.
- Ability to manage work streams, assigning tasks and driving them to completion. Assist with business development activities. Support in the understanding of client’s business problem and crafting an effective solution in the RFP response document.

**Requirements**:

- Typically requires 7-11 years of post-undergraduate experience, or 5-7 years of post-MBA experience.
- Experienced within Pharmaceutical marketing, expertise in Multichannel marketing. Pharmaceutical launch experience in developed markets would be preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing and well versed with available channels.
- Well-versed in core marketing principles with the ability to conceptualize and articulate a vision for the brand.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the APAC pharmaceutical/biotech market with a proven track record of managing tactical design, messaging, and execution.
- Solid project management, client influencing and relationship building skills.
- Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills.
