Manage daily store transaction.
- Checking physical condition and quantity. Process handing over & taking over document.
- Perform store keeping for items issued to workshops. Perform store keeping for individual workshops.
- Maintain proper records of all store transactions include DO/DN filing. Conduct and be responsible for stock taking.
- Manage dispatch and receipt of documents and items purchased. Perform of GRD in SAP on service and good purchased.
- Subjected to recall during urgent work requests and any other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- ‘O’ Levels, ITE or Diploma (Any discipline).
- Good communication skill, service minded and can carry out job independently.
- Able to use Microsoft Words and Excel
- Will be good with experience in SAP (Perform GRD transaction)
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
