As our business continues to grow in Singapore, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team to take a leading role on one of our site based teams supporting a leading Data Center client, taking a lead role in managing the design and construction of an exciting multiphase project.

:

- Represent PM Group as senior point of contact to both maintain and develop the client relationship up to Key Account Management
- Support the design completion stage of the current phase of construction including shop drawing completions, design change management, statutory regularisation and as-builts.
- Manage pre-construction activities for the following construction phases to include:

- Defining construction and commissioning requirements
- Developing the construction execution and management plan with General Contractor
- Supporting the development and execution of works contract with the GC and letting of subcontracts
- Ensuring effective transition from pre-construction to construction
- Oversee and support a small site team
:

- Primary Honours/Bachelor Degree (Level 8) in Engineering, Construction
- Professional Qualification in Project Management
- A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a mission critical environment
- Good understanding of all engineering disciplines
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to produce quality work and achieve project deadlines within budget
- Excellent commercial skills with the ability to manage projects to budget hours and commercial return target
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business
- A forward planner who identifies and resolves project issue
- Proven experience in multiple project delivery
- Capability to work in a project sponsor role
