- Oversee the financial management of the project, encompassing budgeting, cost management, procurement, and resource distribution.
- Generate comprehensive, periodic reports detailing project status, including progress, financial health, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Navigate and resolve any issues, disputes, or technical hurdles that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders to offer updates, resolve queries, and guarantee stakeholder satisfaction.
- Guarantee the meticulous documentation and archiving of all project-related actions and authorizations.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
