About this team
The retail operations (Ops) team is comprised of peeps that know a little bit about everything and a lot about most things within their lululemon market. Based in market, our Retail Operations team is an extension of our store teams. You are responsible for supporting cross-functional daily operations, solving complex problems, and developing new initiatives that support the demands of running a shop. Simply put, Retail Ops is responsible for making the complex simple for our store support centre and stores.
- Position will be based out of Singapore.

**A day in the life**:
Your primary objective will be to inspire, lead and drive efficiencies via operational support to our stores:

- Support program evolution and creation, this includes but is not limited to: cross functional alignment, writing communication, creating content (ie youlu, FAQs, resources) implementation and follow up
- Participate in cross-functional working groups to ensure that the needs of stores are considered and included in execution of any communication, project or initiative - provide options and impacts to cross functional stakeholder and decision makers with a clear recommendation - identifying areas for cross-functional collaboration and bringing the right people together to propel work forward
- Lead elements of the internal Opening and Optimisation (New Store Openings) Process in collaboration with the relevant store and Store Support Centre teams
- Spport in the moment/urgent operational issues that impact stores
- Support change management for the retail network from our Store Support Centre departments
- Deliver new efficiencies and process optimization for the retail network
- Manage day to day programs within the region and in your market
- Identify and mitigate store-facing risk
- Work directly with regional sustainability team to execute local initiatives
- Set up appropriate data collection to support the criteria as released by the government in relations to the promotion of saving and recycling resources
- Present in stores at least once a week, pending health restrictions.

**Qualifications**:

- Preference of 1-2 years experience in store at ASM level and above.
- Preferred experience of leading the operations pillar in store.
- You are experienced with managing multiple projects at once. Project management is your best friend.
- You are an expert in enrollment, training and have a way of making the complex simple.
- You drive solutions and ideas that support us to be "best in the world" at guest experience and results.
