**Responsibility**:
1、Responsible for Deep Learning/Computer Vision algorithm design, development, and iteration etc.
2、Lead and drive one or more research topics, including but not limited to 1) Mainstream vision tasks (general object detection, multi-object tracking, image classification, attribute recognition); 2) 3D vision (3D object detection, 3D tracking, point cloud segmentation, point cloud completion, point cloud registration, 3D shape analysis, 3D reconstruction); and 3) virtual humans (human mesh recovery via human parametric models such as SMPL, human pose estimation, garment reconstruction, motion generation) etc.
3、Suggest and engage in the innovation and implementation of algorithms and maintain our leading position of algorithm in academia and industry; Conduct research, implementation and comparison on the latest algorithms
4、Drive the performance optimization of related computer vision algorithms, in terms of various applied fields
5、Responsible for the development of management tools and algorithmic platforms for research
6、Collaborate with the teams to promote the landing of real projects

**Requirements**:
2、Experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning Algorithmic Foundations of Optimization, Data mining or Artificial Intelligence related
3、Programming experience in one or more of the following: C/C++, python; Experience with Caffe/Tensorflow/Pytorch and related Deep Learning frameworks
4、Innovative at work; Passionate about solving challenging problems; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Good team player and communication skills
