**About the Team**:
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Investigate, analyze and resolve complex, high-priority incidents and escalations based on TikTok Advertising Policies;
- Perform root cause analysis and draft post-mortem reports to identify risk areas and translate into recommendations;
- Monitor, research and report on relevant external risks;
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including Product, Policy and Legal, on investigations and risk mitigation solutions;
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and policies at scale to reduce risk;
- Serve as primary point of contact to provide ad-hoc risk investigations support to stakeholders in high-pressure situations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in any discipline;
- 3-year experience in risk investigations or operations (preferably in online operations), incident management, trust & safety or management consulting;
- Experience in risk control, crisis management, public relations, or public policy a plus;
- Experience in and/or demonstrable knowledge of domains such as risk, payments, e-commerce, information security, and/or online advertising;
- Ability to collaborate and influence across teams and regions;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Proficiency in SQL or Python a plus;
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, fluency in other Asian languages a plus;
- Willing to work flexible hours based on business needs.
