**The Role***

**Responsibilities***
- Prepare written and verbal presentation to the clients;- Provide portfolio monitoring services for clients including collecting, preparing and processing of portfolio transactions and financial for reports;- Prepare investment analysis and portfolio reporting;- Maintain level 1, level 2 and level 3 data for clients using our portfolio services;- Prepare and maintain the portfolio companies’ financial in the SMP system;- Review and verify the portfolio data with those stated in the quarterly report;- Provide support to clients’ and investors’ inquires;- Prepare investor capital and distribution notices;- Prepare ad hoc requests regarding fund and investor specific reports as well as analysis;- Prepare partners’ capital account statement;- Prepare fund annual and quarterly financial reports;- Participate in pre-project stage discussion with the clients and to define more detailed services model for specific clients as required.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or related field;-
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals to both internal and external parties;- Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin is a must;- Knowledge in private equity fund is a plus;- Work independently to solve problems and can manage time under tight deadlines;- Proactive, self
- motivated, detail-oriented, keen to learn, flexible, multi-task, team player.
