**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage **ACMV construction projects**, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project specifications and schedules are met.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and site progress to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Oversee procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on timelines, budgets, and risk issues.
- Resolve technical and site issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all works comply with **safety regulations**, environmental standards, and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- At least **5 years of experience**in project management, with a focus on **ACMV systems**in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, VRV/VRF systems, and mechanical installations.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with **local building codes**, statutory regulations, and safety standards.Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
