Climbing Coach

In the role of a climbing coach, the main responsibility is to train, develop, and nurture young climbers. You will work directly with our Head Coach to train new coaches and develop training plans for the young climbers.

You will be part of the Programs department that oversees all types of programs that range from children to adults, beginners to experienced climbers. These include one-off introductory programs, recurring programs, workshops, and ad-hoc events/programs. As part of the team, you will be involved in a variety of such programs too.

Roles and responsibilities
- Train and develop young children from 18mo -12 years old
- Conduct programs for children
- Develop training curriculum for other coaches to follow
- Train and mentor new coaches and instructors
- Supervise coaches and instructors to maintain high standards
- Scheduling of coaches
- Fulfil ad hoc duties and responsibilities when required

Job requirements
- Enjoys interacting with children
- Passionate about sharing your knowledge and experience in climbing
- Has a nurturing personality
- Some experience or knowledge of coaching children
- Willing to work on weekends
- Good verbal communication skills
- Able to breakdown and explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Comfortable working in a face paced startup environment
- Independent and Responsible

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
