Fuel sales administration
- Update fuel sales excel and fuel price calculation
- Daily and Month closing of Fuel sales- Collect boat documents, boat file management, update MMS
- Ensure all boats have up to date licenses and insurance-
- Car park registration, administration and car passes issuance - Monthly and ad-hoc-
- Facial and fingerprint registration, administration, resolving system issues such as arranging for vendor to come down onsite to take a look. If necessary to change certain parts, proceed with purchasing procedure and ensure until final stage where vendor’s invoice is being paid-
- Mooring letter/handover agency letter issuance/informing customers on Annual Port Dues and charging to account/Cruising Permit- Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
- Pleasant personality and good service attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
- Comfortable with technology, and adoption of systems
- Strong service orientation and possess inclination and ability to handle customers
- Ability to multi-task under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and take stress
