- Key Responsibilities:
- Structure complex information into an organized and logical format.
- Convey complicated ideas into simple instructions for international users.
- Manage and use budgeted time and resources to produce expected results without delays.
- Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in writing technical documents or manuals for software or related products.
- Experience in authoring and publishing content for external customers.
- Experience in working with a software engineering team.
- Experience in using more than one of the following tools:

- Adobe Acrobat
- XML authoring tools, including but not limited to Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen XML and XMetaL Author Enterprise
- JIRA
- Experience in using a content management system.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
- Excellent questioning and listening skills.
- Ability to understand highly technical contents.
- Ability to conduct effective presentations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Nice to have:
- Able to read and understand use case diagrams and use case descriptions.
- Familiarity with RUP, Agile methodology, or the full software development lifecycle.
- Good knowledge in Industrial Automation, Control, and Instrumentation.
- Project/System Engineering/Commissioning Experience in Process Automation Industries.
- Ability to write programming scripts, perform data analysis using spreadsheets.
