**Key Job Accountabilities**:

- Manage key customer accounts with long term service agreement
- Single point of contact to liaise with customers to fulfill their operational requirements
- Manage on-wing deployment activities which include planning of manpower resources and equipment, allocation of material/inventory for deployment tasks, oversee execution of deployment progress till completion, providing technical assistance to complete intended work scope performed by On Wing Support Technicians at remote locations around the world.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of field service engineers and technicians supporting the on-wing deployment activities
- Ensure compliance of quality standards and regulations laid down by airworthiness authorities and engine OEMs
- Lead in on-wing support technicians training to meet deployment requirements
- Ensure all on-wing deployment activities are conducted in accordance with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations and procedures
- Ensure monthly on-time billing to customer as per long term service agreement and prepare quotations for out of contract work scope

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in Aviation MRO Operations Management and Production Planning
- Demonstrated track record in working to accommodate different time zones and be on standby to respond to customers’ AOG requests on short notice
- Strong communication and leadership skills with problem-solving ability are a must
