Near to Gul Circle MRT station, 15 minutes walk or take bus 192 over 3 bus-stops.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Carry out indoor and outdoors service jobs (commission, repair, troubleshoot, inspection, modification, warranty checks).
- Issue customer indoor and outdoors service reports.
- Assemble & disassemble of units.
- Conduct service and maintenance training sessions on product use for customers.
- Investigate customer complaints (product defects, failures or non-conformance) and recommend solutions.
- Ensure workshop area and equipment are clean at all times.
- Work occasionally overseas on adhoc activation basis.Work-at-height at some clients' site.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Work-at-height certificate.
- Physically fit to be able to climb outdoor fireman ladders to access crane motors/platforms.
- Able to carry a toolbag when visiting clients. Estimated to be maximum 10kg. E.g Hammer, spanner, screwdrivers etc.
- Able to conduct product use & maintenance training in a clear and concise manner in English.
