BAH Partners are currently hiring a Python Developer for a top-tier Quantitative Hedge Fund in Hong Kong. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining regulatory reporting systems, integrating automation solutions, and ensuring seamless compliance with regulatory requirements to support the hedge fund’s operations in Asia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop robust regulatory reporting systems and controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting to regulators.
- Design and integrate automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance capabilities, optimize reporting systems, and address regulatory developments.

**Technical Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of experience as a polyglot developer, with essential expertise in Python and strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Proven experience designing frameworks and tools from scratch, with knowledge of financial derivative products.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools and modern software architecture, including cloud platforms.
