Tasks
- Develop strategy & research in the "Semicon industry"
- Functional lead of the worldwide sales colleagues assigned to this industry
- Definition and coordination of new target customers within relevant industries and markets in cooperation with regional sales units
- Collection of industry specific customer requirements to further enhance transport solutions for the particular industries
- Expand business relationships within existing customer association
- Create industry specific transport, service and digital solutions
- Define and align tradefair participation and media approach with Marketing and regional units
- Prepare, schedule and realize customer visits (onsite&virtual)
- Participate in marketing and customer events (e.g. conferences, exhibitions, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, logistics or similar field
- Experience in the semicon industry, logistics and sales
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
- Strong customer orientation
- Will to drive topics and lead people
- Very good communications skills
- Result oriented
- Process orientation and abstract thinking
- High team spirit
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
