**Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)**

As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you’ll lead our finance team in charting the course for our financial future. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Planning and Budgeting**:

- Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, working closely with department heads to develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met.

**Strategic Planning and Decision Support**:

- Evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and potential acquisitions through financial analysis and modeling, assessing their financial impact and feasibility.
- Conduct ROI analysis and financial due diligence for new projects and business initiatives, providing recommendations to senior management.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development.

**Business Partnership and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to understand their financial needs, provide financial insights, and support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, IT, and HR, to develop financial plans and forecasts that align with business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing financial guidance and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.

**Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Provide insightful financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support business decisions and drive operational efficiencies.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performance culture.
