This is a 1-year contract position as a Student Counsellor in the Student & Alumni Services Office.

**[What you will be working on]**

As a Student Counsellor, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Provide individual and group counselling for students to help them understand and manage personal, financial, social or behavioral issues
- Handle counselling cases, manage crisis and adopt appropriate intervention
- Build up the mental health support eco-system
- Organise, implement and enhance the early detection and prevention of the mental health programme
- Work closely with schools and external agencies to develop, plan and implement campus-wide psychological and out-reach programmes, to promote the social and emotional development of the students inclusive of SEN students
- Work closely with MOE and Schools to provide transition support for our students
- Organise events and undertake administrative duties related to strengthening the care and support network for students.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Master’s degree in Counselling
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Counselling background in educational institutes would be advantageous
