**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a brand ambassador to provide excellent sales and after-sales service of Gold and Precious Stone (Diamond, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Jade and Pearl) fine jewellery
- Handle enquiries and respond to customer's feedback in a professional manner
- Develop excellent relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Assist in daily stock keeping and operational tasks
- Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Conversant in English and Mandarin as the sales person will be required to speak with English / Mandarin / Mandarin dialect speaking customers.
- Above 5 years’ experience working in a fine jewellery or luxury goods company is required.
- Experienced in selling both Yellow Gold and Precious Stone jewellery
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Team player
- Presentable, pleasant and outgoing
