As a part of our team, you’ll help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our employees at Sea by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks and reliable IT systems.

As part of the Digital Workplace Transformation team, we aim to transform our IT service delivery to bring delightful experiences to the workplace. Identify areas of improvement and define a roadmap towards a new digital state of operations.
- Build and implement the data platform for the department
- Develop, implement and maintain standards and procedures
- Design and aggregate data from various IT systems together in one place for trend analysis to enable the shift in perspective.
- Design and optimize ETL processes and develop source-to-target data mappings, integration workflows, and load processes.
- Explore data sets to improve the understanding of how our employees engage and assist product managers in planning and building
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in building or supporting data warehouse, data integration and data modeling
- Proficient in creating ETL processes, data mining and building and implementing various statistical models. And/or with a demonstrated track record of insight generation and implementation of insights into tools/processes delivering results
- Proficient in scripting with databases, preferably MySQL
- Proficient scripting knowledge to support data importing and exporting with Python, Shell, JavaScript, etc.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and global environment
- Self-starter, rapidly learn new skills and new technologies; able to plan, organize work priorities for self or team with little oversight
- Strong desire to continually enhance technical skills
