Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments of physical cargo against shipping documents - ensure accuracy

Update daily and timely on all transactions accurately.

Report immediately to respective operations staff/customers if found any discrepancy.

Well-versed with shipping documents like AWB/BL/Invoice/packing list and customs permits.

Timely update to internal departments/customs with order reports.

Maintain and update the Inventory Management Reports, and generate inventory reports.

Conduct physical cycle count and stock take - monthly/quarterly/yearly.

Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Meticulous, proactive, independent and responsible individual.
