Packaging Specialist responsibilities include working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Co-Packers and Marketing teams to ensure delivery of every packaging need. Perform various tasks which include attending phase 1 meeting for every packaging request by customer or market. Initiate project workflows and conduct phase 2 meeting for both in-house packaging and/or co-packers. Review artworks, color standard and its timely publication to suppliers. Collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teams.

**Accountabilities**:

- Planning and organizing: Able to meet multiple project timelines and deliveries.
- Decision Making: Capacity to attend to and make decisions when needed and demanded by the situation.
- Communication: Able to relay and explain information to internal and external customers in English.
- Interaction/Building Relations: Able to coordinate with area marketing and customers, value stream, designers, suppliers and other concerned personnel to obtain and verify necessary information to meet delivery of artworks.
- Innovation/Creativity: Able to think creatively and critically.

**Required Skills and Experience**:
- General Diploma/Degree, preferably in Engineering or Material Sciences, with minimum one year project coordinator/ specialist experience.- Good in English communication, both oral and written.
- Packaging structure development and previous working experience in packaging environment will be added advantage.
