**About the Role:
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the creation and integration of character animations in the engine
- Ensure that the animations are ready to use by other team members
- Work closely with Art Director, Leads & team members to establish the animation style and requirements for the project, to ensure we achieve a unified look throughout the game
- Create high-quality stylized animations and responsible for the integration of data to the engine, as well as test, debug, review, and provide feedback
- Collaborate with multiple departments to create prototypes and production animation that fits with the vision of the game design
- Actively contribute to the improvements of the animation tools, problem-solving, and production pipelines

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional Key Frame Animation skills (realistic/cartoony)
- Many years of professional experience animating with one major 3D animation package
- Understands the usage of at least one real-time engine or tool (e.g. UDK, Unity, Marmoset Toolbag)
- Able to work in a team, with good leadership skills, and can delegate work accordingly
- Be flexible and have enthusiasm for innovation and change
- Initiative to share your knowledge with other team members
- Character rigging and/or modeling skills are a plus
