**What you will be working on**
- The incumbent will lead a team to achieve these outcomes:

- Partner WOG and Industry partners to co-create digital technology solutions and identify potential use cases for business departments.
- Drive the adoption of new digital workplace tools at all levels in ACRA.
- Deepen ACRA staff capabilities through the delivery of programme under the D3 (Data, Design and Digital) framework
- Partner business stakeholders, digital governance and technology teams (Ops-Sec-Tech) to co-develop new technologies and solutions for Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Pilot projects on use cases
- Drive the targeted digital maturity level with continuous education and this includes organizing technology day events, technology site visits, learning journeys and hackathons.

**What we are looking for**
- Professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess relevant experience in managing projects and change management of internal and external stakeholders.
- Good communication skills with ability to write and explain complex technology concepts that can be easily understood by all stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of technology trends such as AI, Web 3.0.
