**As a member of the Data & Analytics team** in Singapore, you will build processes to support data transformation and manage data structure, metadata and workflow.

**You will**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our existing business and the payment industry through access to a wide range of data, including transaction, marketing channels performance, app usage, and financial data.
- Collect, analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources to generate insights and bring to life actionable initiatives that feed into the business’s core planning cycle. A successful Data Analyst will also be creating new metrics to measure business objectives, product features, customer success, and our competitors.
- Act as an internal partner with a set of stakeholders to grow the extent of data-driven planning and decision-making in their area. Some examples of stakeholders you will work with: Marketing, Corporate Finance, Product, Compliance and Customer Service teams
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations and reports through integrating business unit-specific KPIs from multiple data sources, which will over time support these teams to self-service their data and insight needs.
- Support day-to-day data extract and analysis to also answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance
- Work closely with country teams on building customer engagement through various projects, particularly on acquiring, activating and maintaining customers

**You are**:

- **Data analysis enthusiast** - you’ve racked up at least 1-3 years of experience in data analysis preferred in the Financial / Payment industry and are passionate about data and driving business decisions.
- **Creative thinker and Problem solver **- you possess excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in figuring out complex business data questions & suggesting actionable initiatives with other teams regionally.
- **Technical know-how** - Strong analytical skills - able to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Excel and SQL; familiar with business intelligence / dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau).
- **Excellent communicator** - use storytelling to bring insights to life and make connections on the business level.
- **Fearless self-starter** - you are not afraid to suggest new initiatives to tackle complex business issues / data analytics, as long as the rationale is logical and sound.
