**Responsibilities**
- Provide office administrative support;
- Assist with outreach activities (through calls, letters, events, door-to-door outreach);
- Assist with home visits and engagement with families and partners when required;
- Manage and engage stakeholders and partners to share on KidSTART programmes and areas of collaborations;
- Manage cases under the Preschool Enrolment Support (PES) programme. Assist families by sourcing and enrolling eligible children into preschool and sharing with families on the importance and benefits of preschool. Once child is enrolled in preschool, monitor child’s preschool attendance and address barriers impacting regular preschool attendance;
- Manage volunteers and donations supporting KidSTART;
- Collate and regularly maintain accurate and complete data on outreach activities and PES management using a case management system and excel spreadsheets.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder, preferably with experience in administration/ social service/ sales work
- Outgoing and comfortable engaging families and stakeholders through sharings and making presentations on KidSTART programmes
- Service-oriented, a team player and adaptable to changes
- Passionate about working with children and families
- This position is on contract basis
