We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Trainee. In this role, you will be responsible for working with our senior consultants on client projects and gaining hands-on experience in automation design, development, testing, system documentation, deployment, and support.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh diploma graduates in any discipline with programming knowledge to receive training in emerging technologies such as RPA and gain practical experience in the field. As RPA is within the larger ecosystem of Intelligent Automation, you would also get the opportunity to learn related automation technologies like Conversational A.I., Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Smartworkflow and eforms etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions like UiPath
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements
- Prepare and present reports on RPA progress and status
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve your RPA skills and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, or any other relevant discipline with programming training
- Have some understanding of programming especially Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Exposure to RPA and Automation solutions like UiPath, Abbyy would be advantageous
- Passionate about technology and interested in learning new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
