- Prepare Progress Claims / Payment Certification
- Contract Vetting
- Collate Bill of Quantities
- Project Cost Estimation
- Manage project budget

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma
- 2 years of experience in Architectural and ID field preferred
- Meticulous and well-organized
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Able to work in West area
- Willing to work on alternate Saturday

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
