We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Web Designer (UI/UX) to turn our offerings into easy-to-use product to be used across various markets.

Web Designer (UI/UX) responsibilities include:

- Gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components
- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualizing ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex designs

You will create both functional, efficient, and appealing features that address our user needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images as per brand guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Experience in industry leading design software like Adobe suite
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Experience working in an Agile development process
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Knowledge and experience of industry leading wireframe tools
- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Good time-management skills
- Degree Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related fields
- 3-7 years’ relevant experience

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $3,600.00 per month
