**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**
- To ensure safe and continuous improvement of plant.
- Inform Management of any issues with plant operations that could impact production and/or safety and/or Regulatory requirements.
- To support during site incidents to take lead in field whilst Shift Leader assumes Site Incident Controller position in CCB.
- Execute Standing alarm Project. By end of year target there is to be no standing alarms
- Represent OPS during Audits, PHA (Hazops), Risk Assessments and manage relevant action closures
- Dedicated focus on daily operations/maintenance coordination.
- Reliability improvement projects.
- Support Shift Leader if daily Permit numbers > 30/day.
- Manage Project Permits and be Operations point of contact for Revamp-3.
- Review and update procedures into QPulse.
- Prepare shutdown planning works, preparations, and procedures.
**Requirements**:

- 10 years’ experience in petrochemical, refinery or other related industry.
- Min Diploma in a relevant engineering field.
- Experience in working with Gasifiers, Air separation units will be much preferred.
- Experience in managing teams and work delegation.
- Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be disciplined to work within a demanding work environment.
- Must have leadership ability and willingness to take on added responsibility.
- Good knowledge of instrumentation, DCS systems and rotating machinery fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills in at least two languages & excellent troubleshooting ability.
