**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring their training, safety and performance are up to standards.
- Collaborate wit Maintenance Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
- Oversee the maintenance of various equipment, machinery and systems within the Energy from Waste plant, including but not limited to boilers, turbines, conveyor and electrical systems.
- Coordinate and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues, identify root causes and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations.
- Assist in managing maintenance budget.
- Monitor and control spare parts inventory to ensure necessary components are readily available
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders and equipment history.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors when needed from specialized maintenance tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience in supervisory maintenance work in energy from waste / petrochemical / process plant industries.
- Good communication skills and leaderships
- Willing to base in Jurong Island.
