OneInfra is the infrastructure arm of Keppel FM & IM, a leading fund manager in Asia Pacific with an Asset Under Management of approximately c.S$50 billion. OneInfra manages three key investment vehicles with a total Asset Under Management of c.S$9 billion: Keppel Core Infrastructure, Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) and Keppel Asia Infrastructure Fund (KAIF), which cover core, core plus and value add strategies. The OneInfra investment team is responsible for sourcing and executing investments for all the 3 infrastructure investment strategies. It aims to grow Keppel FM & IM into the premier infrastructure fund manager in Asia Pacific. The intern will be responsible in the following: - Provide industry and market research on sectors and countries including monitoring of sector and economic trends in the infrastructure space. - Analyse and evaluate investment pipeline alongside the investment team from early screening of potential opportunities, internal approval, due diligence to investment and post-closing monitoring. - Analyze financial statements; operate and refine financial models. - Support the team on any ad-hoc project and tasks. Learning Outcomes: - Gain a strong understanding of the investment life cycle. - Deepen understanding of the due diligence required for infrastructure investments. - Develop in-depth knowledge of various financial products such as debt and equity in infrastructure investments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with specialization in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields. - Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and fundamental research, will be highly desirable. - Technical expertise in engineering is an advantage but not required. - Self motivated and mature team player with the ability to work across functional teams. - Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proficient in MS Office Suite.
