Job Description & Requirements
- Establish, implement and improve product quality assurance and control process to ensure product performance conforming to established specification and standards
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing to ensure awareness of purchased part or product quality issues
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Critical thinking skills, to help work through customer problems and production issues, as well as develop strategies for improving product quality
- Assist with procurement on mill purchase & review manufacturer mill certificate
- Conduct & plan incoming and outgoing inspection
- Maintaining a database of international regulatory standards
- Conduct internal audit as per Quality Management System requirements
- Review and issue of quality NCR, CPAR for product non-conformity to vendor and customer
- Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and manuals
- Strong Leadership skills and to communicate cross-functional projects & teams, overseeing quality control processes and a team of QA / QC staff
- Train staff members on the quality control processes and policies
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in QA/QC reports (such as TR / MPP / ITR / ITP / etc)
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS), ISO 9001: 2015
- Certificate in ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor preferred
- At least 5 years of related working experience in Oil & Gas Industry
- Degree holder and above
