**Responsibilities**:

- Planning of APAC regions’ operations digitization
- Lead assigned projects/ initiatives
- Gathering user requirements and perform business analysis
- Establishing, managing, and controlling of project schedules and deliverables
- Effective communication with related depts such as Head Office, IT team, APAC office and other related stakeholders are necessary for the effective planning and implementation
- Consider standardization and optimization of operations between outsourcing branch and SSC
- Review operational risk incidents and assess quality, validity and effectiveness of preventive measures put up by APD Offices
- Manage issues and providing resolution promptly

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree with min. 5 years of experience in the banking sector or banking related project experience with a consulting firm
- Experience in building MIS/dashboard/reporting
- Basic understanding in Banking Business, especially back-office operations or risk management departments
- Good understanding of local banking regulations and sound awareness of risk management
- Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis
- Solid understanding of the core banking products and life cycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability with data/numerical analysis
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and multi-task concurrently
- Ability to provide guidance to team members and relevant stakeholders
- Collaborative and maintain positive working relationships with relevant departments’ staff
- Willing to travel to APAC Branches
- Proficiency in Power BI, Qliksense will be advantageous
