**Description**

**Your Role**:
The IT Asset Management Analyst is responsible for administrative duties within the inventory management functions of the ITS Department. They are responsible for logistics and inventory management of IT hardware and software in the APAC region.
**Your Opportunity**:

- Oversee development and maintenance of the asset tracking system for hardware and software in the APAC region
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Procurement team and regional IT Help Desk team members to ensure equipment is delivered to new hires and current employees
- Engage with vendors on topics such as warehouse inventory status, lead times and delivery tracking
- Maintain inventory records of hardware and peripherals
- Monitor and record software and hardware licenses to ensure vendor contract compliance
- Monitor maintenance and warranties of IT assets
- Develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to maintain quality control throughout their life cycles.
- Upload asset data in the asset management system
- Maintain the Asset Management ticket queue
- Facilitate equipment retirement and disposal
- Perform wall to wall audits when required
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of new and returned assets
**What you'll need**:

- Asset management, Inventory Management or logistics background (3-5 years)
- Two years of experience in IT asset management
- Ability to work with vendors, suppliers and contractors that provide a broad spectrum of products and services
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Requires some physical labor
**And Ideally**:

- Experience with the ITAM Framework
- Experience specifically with multinational operations
- Familiarity with IT asset management software
- General knowledge of accounting and finance
