Internship - Enterprise Business, Singapore (July - December 2025)

**Help us get ahead of disease together with our Tender & Enterprise Business Internship, 2025**:
**Education required**: Undergraduate studying a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, open to all disciplines and with interest in developing skills in business development.

**Other requirements**: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a credit-bearing internship

**Language requirement**: Written and spoken fluency in English

**Internship period**: July to December 2025

**What will you do?**

You will be required to:

- Be responsible to track on tender calls, results, supply and stocks allocations
- Assist in building and maintaining an accurate tender & contracts database
- Assist in the development of marketing materials
- Getting approval and certification for marketing materials that are in line with industry and company guidelines.
- Perform data analysis to understand market trends
- Run desktop research on assigned projects
- Perform other ad hoc tasks that may be required

**What will you learn?**

You will be able to:

- Understand what tender management and business development is and experience the day-to-day operations in pharmaceutical industry.
- Learn about supply management and appreciate the importance of good supply management leading to good tender fulfilment in hospitals.
- Develop business acumen skill sets through understanding the strategies applied in a competitive environment.
- Stakeholder Management - opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organizations including Pricing, Sales, Marketing and Medical
- Project Management and strategic thinking skills - research and linking up data, presenting to internal team on the findings, gather feedbacks and discover the data gap.
- Discover individual’s strengths, interest and suitability for the commercial arena.

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Positive attitude with a keen interest to learn.
- Ethically grounded due to the nature of information that you will be in contact with.
- Keen attention to details.
- Deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, problem-solve, work in teams, and focus on delivering assigned work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
