The Clinical Safety and Risk Management Executive will report to the CSRM Manager with planning, developing, and co-ordination of all clinical quality and patient safety activities at the assigned Parkway Hospital in Singapore, taking a collaborative approach, working closely with peers and others for continuous improvement to achieve the finest clinical outcome

**Key accountabilities**:

- The CSRM Executive will be responsible for:
Receiving and logging Hospital Occurrence Reports.
Reviewing and analyzing occurrences and raising alert to Management for adverse events.
Preparing summary and annual reports of Hospital Occurence.
Preparing presentation slides for Quality Assurance Committees.
Assisting in investigation and coordination of feedback relating to clinical issues.
Identification of medical mal-practice cases and reporting to Insurers.
- Co-ordinates meetings and provide administrative support as directed.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Registered Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing
- Experience: 3 - 5 years working experience in an acute care hospital setting.
