**Job Description**:

- Cashiering duties using POS
- Provide sales assistance to customers
- Imparting the knowledge of culture of artisan bakes
- Manage and liaise with kitchen for bulk ordering from walk-in customers
- Manage food delivery platform systems and orders
- Replenish and refill display counter
- Slicing of bread loaves for customer
- Maintain cleanliness of retail area and display shelves
- Responsible for opening and closing of shop (depending on the shift)
- May be required to assist in simple kitchen backend tasks - mise en place
- Communicate and sell product knowledge about sourdough breads

Job Requirement:

- Ability to communicate in spoken and written English and another mother tongue
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Demonstrate strong ability to work in a team
- Prioritize efficiency and customer experience
- Willing to work in well-ventilated small space (no air con)
- Responsible, assertive, positive attitude
- Open to learning new skills
- Tertiary students and homemakers are welcomed to apply

Work Arrangement:

- Working hours: 8.30am-6.15pm, 1 hour break (Must be able to work weekends)
- Working days: weekends only
- Required to work on Public holidays
