Draftsman

**Job description**:

- **Produce and prepare technical drawings such as detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings and as-built drawings as per contract specifications.**:

- **Coordinate, review and verify drawings including owner & subcontractor’s drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.**:

- **Update and comply with the code of practice on electrical, mechanical as required.**:

- **Attend meetings with our project team, clients, and subcontractors for project related matters.**

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma/Degree in Engineering related discipline or QA/QC certifications such as TWI or ASNT certificates as Welding Inspector.**:

- **Minimum 3 years relevant hands-on experience in M&E projects for Semicon industry working for subcontracting firm or main-con.**:

- **Experienced in 2D & 3D Autocad & BIM drawings for M&E, CSA, piping and Fire Protection systems.**:

- **Able to read & understand engineering documents.**:

- **Able to work in a fast-paced environment and both independently and in a team.**:

- **Be fully vaccinated and maintain the status of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as our company is in the construction sector unless they are medically ineligible for both MRA & non-MRA vaccines.**
