**Job Description & Requirements**
- Perform in line with expectations identified within the Exercise Experience Coach journey.
- Provide exceptional service through our studios product range including ensuring the studio areas and equipment is maintained and presented as laid out as per brand standards.
- Deliver all products in line with the service level expectations attached to studio concierge services and group exercise classes combining unique physical experiences through to uplifting mind-body journeys.
- Leverage your personality to create a culture where the community become raving fans.
- Embrace feedback and suggestions to improve exercise product delivery.
- Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members.
- Keep all workouts safe (considering equipment, technique and pre-existing injuries).
- Stay on top of all admin to ensure claims are completed for month-end payroll purpose.
- Naturally act as a brand ambassador to support marketing activities as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- You have an aligned Group Exercise certification to deliver group exercise classes.
- You also have your first aid, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
- You have aligned experience. You know how to deliver meaningful workouts and encourage mindfulness of the people around you. You’re an exercise enthusiast. You love to learn new programs as much as you love to deliver them. You’re comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true community. You may already have a loyal following. A+ for you.
