- Support architects and project manager on network & security designs
- Manage the roadmap and delivery of network & security automation
- Use case definition
- CI/CD pipeline integration
- Knowledge transfer to operation teams
- Technology survey on the network & security automation scope

Local escalation for support and incident management
- Be the last level of escalation regarding network & security automation perimeter
- Troubleshooting and resolution of issues
- Liaising with support and central teams for issues resolution and problem follow-up
- Supporting Change Request
- Be the back-up of other Paris DevOps expert team members

Coordination of maintenance tasks

Follow the sun with central DevOps team

Support for architects and project manager

PROFIL
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with minimum 5 years of IT experience in network & security
- 3 years of experience on network automation
- Network: WAN, LAN, WIFI, Routing
- Security: Firewall, Proxy, Load Balancer
- Technologies: Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, F5, Zscaler
- Knowledge in the following is an advantage
- Automation: REST API (JSON), Languages
- Python, PowerShell
- Tooling: Zabbix, SolardWInds
- Positive mindset and able to work under pressure with a tight schedule and evolving priorities
- Customer focused
- Able to work with remote teams
