This Engagement Manager role offers you the opportunity to help our customers design, solution, and implement Commercial Real Estate (CRE) strategies and solutions needed to achieve their financial, operational, and experiential ambitions
As an Engagement Manager, you will lead customer engagement teams and grow our business. By doing so, you will directly grow our revenue, strengthen our practice and culture, and help create financial, operational, and experiential breakthroughs for our customers.
An Engagement Manager’s career path can include developing and leading a specialized CRE Technology advisory category or longer-term account roles supportive of our customers’ technology objectives.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**You Will**
- Plan, direct, and manage multiple customer advisory engagements
- Assess our customers’ CRE and Facilities technologies and identify pain points for capabilities (e.g., audience and use case definition, information availability, supportive processes, and technologies)
- Provide future state technology strategy recommendations spanning audiences, use cases, processes, and technologies
- Assist customers with qualitative and quantitative analysis for building a strong business case for change
- Deliver customer value, and by doing so, deepen JLLT’s relationship
- Identify opportunities for expansion of JLLT Revenue opportunities
- Partner with internal and cross-functional teams to help our overall JLLT advisory practice development and customer engagement
**Success Measures**
- Financial performance (utilization, customer billable hours, revenue)
- Key performance indicators achieved (customer satisfaction, project/engagement performance metrics)
- Customer satisfaction & sustained growth (Y-o-Y $ growth)
- Customer retention and expansion

**Your Will Bring**
- **_Your successful career experiences: _**8+ years of consulting experience in Commercial Real Estate technologies and environments
Bachelor’s degree with IT, business, computer science, or technical focus preferred
- **_Your knowledge of successful building / workplace technology: _**How to describe real estate / commercial, industrial, and retail technology performance strategies, objectives, KPIs, and operating metrics
Knowledge of different CRE, Facilities, and other corporate audiences and use cases
The role of people: what roles and responsibilities are needed either individually or as teams to create excellent technology results and strategies
How technology, process, and people need to work together to create an overall organization and culture of performance measurement and management
Understanding of CRE and workplace enterprise systems, usage, and impact
Commercial Real Estate technology solution categories and leading solution vendors and integrators
Leading industry trends in all of the above
- **_Your design and consulting skills that help our customers achieve breakthroughs including: _**Making clear, compelling, and memorable cases for the role of CRE enterprise technology especially through excellent presentation, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
Analyzing complex environments, distilling concepts, leading information gathering sessions, and preparing and delivering customer presentations and work products/prototypes
Overall - a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
