- Follow SOP and be well-versed in it
- Greet customers at entrance and seat them
- Serve customers to restaurant's standards and maintain a comfortable dining environment
- Inform kitchen of any allergies, food requirements, complaints and changes to orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain stock of condiments, serviettes, sauces, cutleries
- Clean and set tables for next customer
