Key Responsibilities:

- Lead interior design projects with a focus on hospitality sectors such as luxury hotels and F&B outlets.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating these into innovative design solutions.
- Manage all phases of the design process from initial concept development through to completion, including space planning, material selection, and specification.
- Supervise project teams, providing guidance and direction to junior designers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution within budget and timelines.
- Prepare high-quality visual presentations for clients using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in interior design to incorporate into projects where appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in interior design with a strong portfolio in hospitality projects (Luxury Hotel, F+B).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
