**Assistant Manager / Manager - Investments and Partnerships**

Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE) is seeking an Investment Analyst to join us. We are a national team of crusaders for Innovation and Startups, committed to building a strong community of venture capitalists at ACE. **Job Description**:

- Sourcing - Be the deal flow wizard on the ground in Singapore and regionally. You will carry the national startup trade association flag at every tech event, conference, workshop. networking and all other events that you attend, building relationships with startups, corporates, angel investors, venture capitalists, corporate venture capitalists and even family offices. You are a natural networker who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
- Strategic partnerships - Create and enhance relationships with and between VCs, family offices and angel investors across borders to create opportunities in driving fundraising and investment opportunities for ACE and startups. You are a catalyst sparking continuous ideas and driving projects that promote sustainability for ACE and the ecosystem.
- Analysis - End-to-end deal flow analysis and building detailed financial model for potential investments. You will also devise the mechanism to effectively track the returns of the investments that ACE facilitated and the development of the VC community over time. You are excited to work with investors to explore, design, facilitate and track investment and sponsorship deals for startups and ACE.
- Programme - Management of ACE’s fundraising (FundrACE) programmes for tech startups to increase their fundraising capabilities and opportunities in the regional start-up ecosystem. You are a good team player.
- Assist to front or participate in any Special Projects, or undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Management. You are excited by challenges and is able to thrive in a VUCA environment.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in a relevant field
- 1-3 years’ work experience in an investment bank, management consulting firm, venture capital firm, corporate ventures, family office or similar experiences
- You are obsessed with details and display unquestionable work ethics
- Some domain knowledge of the startup scene, but more importantly you have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and emerging technologies.
- You can make things happen and seek to make a difference, even in a highly independent manner
- You are courageous, creative, and a thinker who can envision how markets and industries might move and will maintain a close watch on it
