**Project Manager**

**About the Role**
- Be responsible for owning and guiding various projects, initiatives, and regional execution for global mandates by designing or updating sales processes, and reporting on the processes to verify improvements
- Develop and maintain a simple, practical sales toolkit for our sales teams (i.e. sales process map, systems & tools expertise and guidance, most commonly asked questions, etc.)
- Documenting existing and new procedures and sharing new process designs to stakeholders for discussion and approval
- Assess overall operational processes across APAC and identify blockers that reduce our teams’ effectiveness and efficiency
- Help drive resolution of operational tickets

**Preferred qualifications**
- 5-8 years of experience in Enterprise B2B IT company, corporate strategy, or equivalent project management experience in a technology/media company
- Professional Certification; Lean/Six Sigma, BPM, or BA Certifications
- Experience with Project Management, CRM systems, Lean, Six-Sigma, Kanban, Business Process Design (BPD) and Business Process Improvement (BPI), ERP, BPM, CRM and BI Tools
- Ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization while leading projects/programs
- Distinctive problem solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills with experience presenting and facilitating workshops
